Snowline Kennel is located in Phelan, which is a small town located in Southern California. Ken and I had lived in San Bernardino/Riverside for several years where we raised our boys with the help of several different breeds of dogs. One day Ken came home from work and said he wanted us to move to have more space for the dogs, so we went looking and ended up in beautiful Phelan.
Shortly after we moved to Phelan in 2002, we met our first BRT at a Terrier show where we were showing our Airedales. It was love at first sight, and before I knew it, Ken was on the hunt to find the right one for us. A breeder had told him of a BRT that was in need of a home,
so he contacted that owner and soon we were driving to Colorado and added our first BRT to our mix.
Petrovich was 8 months old and once we met him, we were in love with this breed. We started showing him at the urging of some AKC judges that had seen him with us at shows when he was almost 2 years old. We are very proud of the fact that he became a champion with owner/handler training, showing and grooming him. He was invited to the Eukanuba Invitational in 2006 and again in 2007 where only the top 25 dogs are invited to show.
We enjoy training, showing and grooming all of our dogs, but first, they are family members. They all live with us, enjoying camping, hiking, swimming and boating. We knew we went over the edge or
just plain dog crazy after our kids moved out we started planning our vacations around what the dogs would enjoy doing!
Thanks for visiting our site.
